Mark’s Barbados Style Hot Sauce is a traditional Bajan style ‘pepper sauce’ featuring mango, papaya, pineapple and fiery Scotch Bonnet peppers. This sauce is both sweet and spicy and kept chunky offering a different flavour with each bite. A delicious tropical companion to any dish.
