Mark’s Fermented Jalapeño Hot Sauce features bright and fresh-tasting green jalapeño and habanero chilis. Like Mark’s Fermented Red Chili sauce this sauce is fermented with white wine creating a unique flavour. The seeds are left in to provide extra heat and texture.
